De-Identify Reports Instantly#

Need to mask identities in your reports? With TensorCase, you can replace names and identifying information with generic labels. Here's how:

Setting Up Your Instruction#

  1. Navigate to the Report page
  2. Type your instruction above the text you want to de-identify, specifying how to handle names. For example: "Replace all personal names and identifying information with generic labels: use "Complainant" for any complainant, "Respondent" for any respondent, and "Witness 1," "Witness 2," "Witness 3," etc., for other named individuals. Do not refer to participants by their real names. Maintain the original content, structure, and readability of the text. Apply the following mapping consistently: Alaina Joans is Complainant, Kevin Smith is Respondent, Martin Farris is Witness #1, Emma Parker is Witness #2, and Linda Hoffman is Witness #3. If additional individuals appear, assign new witness numbers sequentially (Witness #4, Witness #5, and so on). Do not remove or alter factual details."
  3. Highlight both your instruction and the text you want to de-identify
  4. Click the "AI" button, then click "Instruct", and click "Generate"

That's it! TensorCase will automatically replace all personal names and identifying information.

This feature helps you de-identify your draft reports in just a few clicks.
