About Lindsay

Built by someone who's done this work

After years investigating fraud, bribery, and workplace misconduct, I built TensorCase for the people doing that work every day.

I started my career as a litigator and moved into investigations. Most recently I was Director of Global Compliance and Ethics Investigations at a Fortune 500 biotech company, running cross-border matters.

I chaired the working group that set investigation standards across compliance, employee relations, corporate security, and cyber, and built the investigations team's data analytics capability.

I was also among the first at the company to take part in an internal pilot of generative AI. It was general purpose, not built for investigations, and that is what made the gap plain. The tools could obviously carry the assembly work in a matter, but nothing available then understood how an investigation is run.

TensorCase is what I wish I had all these years.

Does TensorCase decide whether an allegation is substantiated?

No. It assembles the record and cites it. You make every judgment, and nothing it drafts is final until you accept it.

What kinds of investigations does it handle?

Who uses it?

What file types can I upload?

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it and we delete it. Nothing is retained, and nothing was ever used to train a model.
