UKG Ready#

The TensorCase UKG Ready integration allows enterprises to sync employee data from their UKG Ready app into TensorCase.

Note: this integration is only enabled on TensorCase internal enterprise accounts (typically not needed for external counsel / external investigators.)

Creating a New UKG Integration#

In order to create a new UKG Ready integration:

  1. Visit the Integations page by clicking Integrations on the left side navigation.
  2. Once on the Integations page, click + Integration button.
  3. In the popup, select UKG Ready.
  4. This should create a new UKG Ready integration requesting the following credentials: Company, Username, Password, API Key. Fill in these credentials. If you are unsure of where to find these, please contact your UKG customer support agent.

  1. Once finished, click Save.

Syncing a UKG Integration#

After you create a New UKG Integration successfully with all the credentials, a SYNC TO UKG READY button should appear on the integration. Click this to trigger a sync between TensorCase and UKG Ready. The sync will populate the TensorCase Employees page with your employee data from UKG Ready.
