Google Drive Sync#
TensorCase allows you to sync your case Documents seamlessly with Google Drive.
How to Load Files from Google Drive#
TensorCase allows you to select and load files from your Google Drive storage into an existing case. To do so, please follow these steps:
1Navigate to your Case#
Navigate to the Cases page by clicking Cases
in the left hand navigation bar. Once on the Cases page, select a case by hovering over the respective case row and clicking Open

2Go to the ...
options#
Next to the case name, click the ellipses ...
options button and select Sync Documents
.
3Select Google Drive#
In the popup that opens, select Google Drive
as your desired integration. Authenticate your user email
and allow TensorCase to access your Google Drive.
4Select Initial List Source#
Please select the content source to initially list files from.
- All will list files from all documents you have access to.
- Shared Drives will only list files from your Shared Google Drives.
- Owned by Me will only list files owned by the current user.

5Select Files#
Select the files you want to load into TensorCase by clicking on them individually or by dragging your mouse to highlight multiple files. Once you have made your selection, click Select
to confirm.

The selected files will begin loading in the Documents tab shortly.
