Overview#
A TensorCase Case is an investigations, legal, or compliance task you want to accomplish with our platform.
Cases Page#
Once logged into the TensorCase application, to see your list of cases, navigate to
the Cases page by clicking Cases in the left hand navigation bar. Afterwards, you should see a
table with all your cases.
In order to create a new case, click the + CREATE NEW CASE button on the Cases page.
We support 2 types of cases: Investigation and General.
Investigation#
A Corporate Investigation Case is thorough a thorough examination of a company's activities, processes, and individuals to uncover any potential illegal, unethical, or harmful activities, often triggered by suspicions of wrongdoing, compliance issues, or as part of due diligence. It aims to gather facts, identify responsible parties, and ensure adherence to regulations to protect the company's integrity and mitigate legal risks.
With TensorCase, you can manage and use AI to streamline this entire process end to end.
General#
A General Case is a general purpose case you can use for various compliane and legal tasks. It's more minimal than an investigation and allows you to readapt our AI document processing, question answering, and report drafting features for your general purpose needs.
